An awesome deal....in my opinion

So, a while back I blogged about how I purposly didn't get a gym membership when we moved to Ohio so I would start running. Well, that worked for a while as I posted back then as well, and I have run a little bit in the last couple of months but it has gotten so COLD that I really havn't ventured out to run lately.
A couple of weeks ago when we were at Mitch's basketball practice at the local high school, I noticed that there was a pretty nice workout facility and there were adults (not students) working out. I didn't really think much about it and then the next week I noticed it again so I decided to check it out. I found out that Avon Lake reisdents can use the high school workout room in the morning and evenings when school is not in session and during that time the students aren't allowed to use it!! What I also found out and think is so great is that to sign-up for the entire school year (they only have it open for use durning the school year) it is only $75 but what is even better is that since the school year is half over, it now only cost's $37.50!! I decided that this would be great because until it gets warmer, I can get my cardio in without having to freeze my butt off outside but once it warms up outside(or when school is out for the summer) I won't have the "gym" to go to and I can go back to my running!!! The only downfall, those before and after school hours mean I have to be there no later that 5:30 am to get a good hour workout in before they open it up for school and so I can get back to get my kids up and ready for school!!! I'm so excited!!!!
