Well, it's here!!! The kids started school yesterday!!! Mitch started 6th grade!!! I can hardly believe it and Ali started 4th!!! They are both in the oldest grade in their schools. I'm sure i've said before but elementary here goes from K-4th, then they move on to intermediate for 5th-6th which is where Mitch is now, after that they move to Jr. High for 7th and 8th and off to high school!!!
It's already hard to believe that Mitch will be in jr. high next year!!! i'm so dreading it!!!! yes already!!!!
They both had great first days!!! Ali came home and said "i have the best teacher ever" her teacher in new this year in the school so we weren't sure what to expect. He is 6'8 so she came home and said her neck hurt from looking up all day. Mitch likes his teacher too but he has a switch teacher that he goes to everyday for a couple subjects and he said she was mean and yelled at him the first day for asking a simple question!!! Hum, that's a great way to start a new year. He did say she was a little nicer today!! So far it seems like it should be a good year!!!! Good luck kiddos!!!!
