A tip to help with your New Years Resolution!

So! I think probably all of us make the same New Years Resolution every year. Eat healthier, exercise more, lose weight. RIGHT!! Do we ever really do it though, well at least for more than a week or two. Well, this year I decided that I was going to lose weight before Christmas so that when I go home for the holidays I will be skinny again!

I'm not posting about this for any acknowledgement or compliments about me losing weight. Simply, to let you know that this it out there and it works if you need a little help!

Guess what? I have been doing it and am almost finished (with the main diet part anyway). I have been doing this for 18 days and have lost 11 pounds. Woo Hoo!!! Let me tell you, this was really hard for me. I love to EAT and I love to eat food that it not that great for me!!! Pizza, burgers, cookies, chocolate. They're still my favorites but, it's really nice to fit into pants again that I haven't gotten into for a couple years!

Haley, that is awesome!! I am happy for you! I agree, you didn't need to lose the weight but we all have different thoughts about our own self image. I also did the HCG diet and lost 17 pounds. I might do it again in February.
