EASTER FUN

Man! I feel like I have hardly had a second to do any blogging lately. But I am finally getting around to it so here are some Easter pictures a few days late!
Saturday morning we dyed eggs!!! We did 20!!! The kids always want to do more but what do you do with 20 hard boiled eggs when only 2 people in the house will eat them?! While we were dying, Brandon said " i think i need to see a psychologist". "Why" i asked. His answer, " i can't stand watching this egg dying". " I can't stand that they want to do them so fast and aren't taking their time to make each one perfect". "i'm having a really hard time sitting here watching and not saying or doing anything about it". I just laughed at him. Sounds like someone has issues!!!!!!!!

Ali and her Easter basket!

Mitch and his Easter basket!

Sunday morning we got up early and the kids got to hunt for eggs & baskets!!! It was hard to decide what to do and when to do it because church is at 9:30 in the morning but it is also 30 minutes away so "should we do it before or after" was what we kept asking ourselves.
Well, we ended up doing it before. Of course we couldn't have made the kids wait all morning!!!
We had the Young's over for dinner which was nice, & yummy!!! Of course my favorite part was the Strawberry Shortcake for dessert!!
We ended the night with a game of Apples to Apples with the Youngs. What a fun day!!
Hope it was Happy Hunting for you too!!!

Me and little Andy! Good ol' Dolly. I love the stories she sings. :)
So your egg dying set-up is amazing. I need to step it up next year! (And I can totally relate to Brandon. I think every parent can!)
