Goal # 1. I need to get organized!!!! My house is completely out of sorts!!! It is totally unorganized and I can't handle it any more...I have never been good at this but it's time, for my kids, my husband and myself that I get things in order be it my house, my family, the babysitting, primary, activity days, everything!!!! Wish me luck!
Goal #2. After going to the dr. yesterday and being weighed I am offically at that weight that I told myself that I would never let myself get to. I was only at this weight once before and that was because my thyroid was all out of wack!! So, today I started trying to eat better. No more cookies, hot chocolate, chicken pot pie, pizza all the things that are fun to eat!!! I'm going to be good. My goal is to loose the 12 pounds that I have gained over the last year and a half. I am thinking though that I can give myself a break on the weekends!! What do you think???
(tip-don't have surgery & have to go through your b-day, halloween, thanksgiving, christmas, new years and lots of other parties and not be able to exercise. That is how I gained the first 10 lbs)!!!
