can't believe it's been 12 YEARS!!!

Twelve years ago today B and I were married!! I can't believe it.  It seems  like yesterday & so long ago all at the same time!!!  We were so young when we got married that we really have grown up together.  We have been through so many hard times and some many great times together and I think we have both grown and learned a lot!!!

I decided in honor of B and our 12 years being married (14 years together) I would post 12 reasons why I love him, drum roll please..................

1. he is the hardest worker i know
2. he is such a great dad and loves his kids more than anything
3. he is so funny!!! has the best sense of humor, you can always count on him to say what you know everyone else around wants to say but won't and he plays the best jokes on people!!!
4. he is smart and can answer any question i have for him (even if he doesn't really know the answer)
5. he loves to have fun. he's always up for hangin with friends or going to a neighborhood party or playing a game with the kids
6.  he has a way of always making me feel better when i have a problem or concern about anything.  he has such a way with words that he can make anything understandable. he can always make me think about things in a way that I haven't
7. at night when we are in bed, he always turns me over and puts his arms around me to keep me warm. 
8. he lets me sleep with the tv on even though he hates it
9. he cares more about our relationship and marriage than anything else in the world, he's always trying to make it better
10. he's capable of doing things for himself (seems like other wives are always talking about how their husbands can't do anything right or for themselves) i am always the one saying, "my husband does all those things" he doesn't need help
11. he is always looking for ways to better himself and our family.  
12. he is the best husband & provider for our family and always makes sure we know that he loves us

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY B!!!

I LOVE YOU AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THE NEXT 12 YEARS BRING FOR US!!  Hopefully a lot of fun and laughter (and maybe 1 more baby)!ha ha had to put that in there!!

Introducing the SORENSENS!!!

People ask me all the time if Mitch is still playing the drums so I thought I would put a little video of him and B "jamming". Mitch hates to practice but will play all night if he has his dad to play with. The do this together almost everynight!! It's kindof fun to watch them do this together..ENJOY!!!(don't forget to pause the blog music so you can hear b and mitch playing)

Go SEAHAWKS!!!

Even though we now live in Ohio, we are still big Seahawk fans!!! Brent and Nick came up this weekend to watch the Hawks beat the Browns!!! It's been really fun to have them here. They flew into Columbus (2hrs away) so B & I took the kids down Friday night and stayed in a hotel which the kids always love to do.
Saturday morning we got Nick and Brent from the airport and made the drive back to Clevland only getting one ticket along the way. Hung around the house for most of the afternoon and then we went to Dave and Busters last night. It was a lot of fun if you haven't been there you should go sometime.
We had a really great breakfast this morning and now the boys are off the the game. Everyone is leaving tomorrow morning including Brandon but it is always fun to have people visit. Hopefully they will come back soon!!!!

SHU-SHI

Brandon and Ali decided that they were going to have a "special night" and one of their favorite things to do is make homemade sushi. YUK!!! They make california and rainbow rolls with crab and they also make another roll that they top with raw salmon. Ali loves to eat pieces of raw salmon while they are putting the rolls together. Just a couple of pics of the two of them with their SHU-SHI (as Ali calls it).
